François BOUSCH

If François BOUSCH (1946) studied at the CNSMP (several prizes) with J.-P. GUÉZEC, C. BALLIF, B. JOLAS and O. MESSIAEN, he also had much contact with G. SCELSI, K. STOCKHAUSEN, and L. BERIO and learned Conducting under Charles BRÜCK.

Winner Georges ENESCO and Roger DUCASSE Prizes, he was awarded Pensionnaire of the Villa Medicis in Rome (1974 – 76) and Chevalier of Arts and Letters.

Founder and Artistic director of Ensembles, high School and High Pedagogy Center, he is actively involved in the adventure of Ensemble L’Itinéraire, with whom he made many creations and recordings (electric guitar and electronic keyboards).

His music suggests a dreamlike poetry made of shadows, glows, and fringe, fugitive and moving impressions, which are reflected in a large mirror … so multifaceted cosmos of sound!
